PLATO 2.0 on the way to be "adopted" by ESA
Selected in 2014 as M3 mission of the ESA, the international consortium of this mission has recently passed the first requirements review (SRR its acronym in English). This milestone is one of the first and most important so that the mission is finally "adopted" by ESA, which will take place during 2016. The Spanish consortium, consisting of the CAB-INTA-CSIC, IAA-CSIC, UGR and IAC combines industrial activities (and scientific) with which Spain has agreed with its European partners. This consortium works under a coordinated project funded by the MINECO in order to develop these activities.
